Milan : Half Day walking Tour

After you meet with your guide, the tour begins with the visit of  the Castello Sforzesco one of Milan's most iconic sights. After the introduction inside the medieval courtyards, your tour guide will share with you its charming history: started as a military fortress with the Visconti Family , it became a court with the Sforza Family in the XV century and it 's now of the most important museum in Milan since 1952.

After that you will continue the visit of the Benedictine Monastery called "San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore" which is considerated the "Sistine Chapel of Milan”and you will walk till Piazza Affari where the Stock Exchange of Milan is located . In the center of the square you will find a curious contemporary work of art that might surprise you: the famous 'finger' of Maurizio Cattelan.
And after that your guide will take you to San Satiro Church a beautiful tiny church by Bramante,the same artist who designed San Peter's Basilica in Rome.
A walk will lead you to the last stop: the breathtaking Duomo, the third-biggest cathedral in the world. Do not waste your time with long lines: with your tour guide you will skip the lines and you will enjoy the inside of the magnificent architecture and heart of Milan. 

The tour ends here, but you can continue on your own to explore the city center visiting the Galleria , La Scala , Piazza San Babila, Montenapoleone….
