Kenting is the paradise of leisure and fun. Although Kenting National Park is also located in Kenting, these two places should not be confused as the same destination. Kenting is the wider area that includes small townships as well as the national park.
The main town is Hengchun, where most of the hotels are located and where you can rent a bicycle or a scooter to reach the Kenting National forest recreation area - well know for its tropical climate and sunshine, 
scenic mountain and beach.


Its tropical climate - mild in winter - is attracting both travellers and local Taiwanese all year round.
In March there is the Spring Scream rock-band festival. 

Dive in Kenting
Kenting, located in southern Taiwan, is a place surrounded by the ocean. The Kenting national park is a place to have a great vacation; furthermore, it is an excellent diving place. The weather in Kenting is like an eternal spring. The scenery which makes the national park so spectacular extends below the water. More than three hundreds colorful coral and thousands of various fish can be discovered in the adventure.

Have you wondered what it's like to breathe underwater? If you're not sure if you like this activity whether or not, Scuba Diving is for you.  Experience diving with a dedicated PADI Instructor, basic introduction and guidelines will be given at the shop and the beach to make you comfortable to take everything in control underwater.
You can experience the joys of scuba diving with a qualified Instructor without being a certified diver. The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Instructor.

Itinerary

Newbies, Get certified, Go Pro+

► If you never dive before and still hesitating gonna get certified or not, this is the right option for you.  Any kids age around 8~12 yrs old can sign up here for their first time underwater experience.

PRICE: Boat dive: $3,500; Shore dive: $2,500.  **NTD 300 off available for all 7 days prior booking.

PREREQUISITES: 12+ years old, and in reasonable physical health.
Completed PADI Medical Statement prior to your DSD experience.
 
Parent or guardian approval and signature are required for under 18 years old.
 
ENROLL: Reservation required. 4 schedules a day: 08:30, 10:00, 13:00 and 15:00

PRICE: $15,000  **Group discount: (2-3p)NTD -500 each/ (4p+)NTD -1000 each.
 
PREREQUISITES
Reservation required.
12+ years old, and in reasonable physical health.
Answer NO to any of the medical questions on PADI Medical Statement.
Parent or guardian approval and signature are required for under 18 years old.
ENROLL It takes 3 days and schedule available everyday (except Chinese Lunar Calendar New Year, dates to be advised).
1 person available.
 
INCLUSIVE: English materials, English speaking instruction, 3 days lunch (if stay with us, breakfast included) , license application fees and full set of dive gears usage (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit & boots, BCD, regulator) and free dive watch to use during the training.
 
FREE PICK UP: Available pick up location from Hengchun center to sail rock 7-11, pre-booking required.

Certified as any System of equally to PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver.
ENROLL:  It takes 2 days and schedule available everyday (except Chinese Lunar Calendar New Year, dates to be advised).
 
1 person available.
 
INCLUSIVE: English materials, English speaking instruction, 2 days lunch (if stay with us, breakfast included) , license application fees, 1 trip of boat fare and free dive watch to use during the training.  *Gear rental available at shop.
 
FREE PICK UP: Available pick up location from Hengchun center to sail rock 7-11, pre-booking required.

►PADI  Rescue Diver Course
After you have completed the PADI Advanced Open Water Course and Emergency First Response, you are ready for the PADI Rescue Diver Course.   The Rescue course provides divers with skills that are essential for Self Rescue and for helping other divers.  Upon completion you will qualify to take the PADI Dive Master class and be on your way to becoming a professional.
 
PRICE: $17,500 + GEAR RENTAL  **Group discount: (2-3p)NTD -500 each/ (4p+)NTD -1000 each.
 
PREREQUISTITES: Reservation required.
12+ years old, and in reasonable physical health.
Parent or guardian approval and signature are required for under 18 years old.
Certified as any System of equally to PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent.
 
ENROLL: It takes 2.5 days and schedule available everyday (except Chinese Lunar Calendar New Year, dates to be advised).
 
1 person available.
 
INCLUSIVE: English materials, English speaking instruction, 3 days lunch (if stay in their B&B) , license application fees and free dive watch to use during the training.  *Gear rental available at shop.

For Kids 
 
► PADI Bubblemaker
A chance for kids to blow bubbles by scuba diving. Children who are at least 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water. 
 
Bubblemakers get a chance to:
​⇒ Experience scuba diving under the direct care and supervision of a PADI Pro.
​⇒ Take their first breaths underwater in water shallower than 2 metres/6 feet.
​⇒ Learn about and use scuba diving equipment made for children – not adults.
 
Cost: 
The price for the Bubblemaker class is $4,000 NTD
