Each morning you will walk into an elegant building near “Piazza delle Erbe” in the heart of the old city. You’ll be greeted in a new and welcoming environment, containing coloured sofas, a coffee area, and a projection room; you will be studying in air-conditioned classrooms full of light.
In the afternoon, you’ll get a chance to watch a movie with other students, chat in a coffee shop where the locals hang out, go for walks and learn about the history of the city with teachers Davide or Federico, or visit nearby cities with teacher Marco.
In the end, there will be just one thing that you will not like: leaving!

Our aim is to teach how to communicate, we introduce grammar in a gradual manner and from within the context of real life situations. While speaking correctly is important, it is not possible speak correctly immediately. First, words are introduced; then, those words are gradually “placed within a grammatical form”. Mistakes are an inevitable part of that process. Moreover, mistakes constitute valuable clues to our tutors.
At "L'italiano con noi" they focus on the practical usage of language through engaging activities which include the use of Videos, songs, games, themed workshops and much more.
Besides conversations, listening, and other types of typical activities, they hold task based lessons once a week. In those lessons students use language to handle real life situations, such as booking a taxi, organizing an event among friends, asking a neighbour to make less noise and so on. Not only are such activities highly communicative, but they also provide an important opportunity for the further analysis of the language.
At the school you will find a library full of books, games and updated multimedia resources that make it possible to work in an ever innovative and stimulating way on all aspects of language skills.

The Italian standard course is the most popular group course attended by students. It’s the perfect choice for those who want to improve their communicative competence in the Italian language and enjoy lots of free time taking part to our afternoon activities. 
During this Italian language course the students expand their vocabulary while learning how to communicate fluently in Italian in everyday life. Focuses on Italian Grammar are part of the programme. However, the objective of the Italian classes is not the study of a different grammatical topic every day, but the daily use of the Italian language in real communicative situations. Students are stimulated first to communicate and secondly to do it in a more accurate and efficient way.

Italy is famous for its food and wine. Every region, or perhaps we should say every city, is proud of its own wines and typical dishes. So what are those typical wine and dishes in Verona?
This special course aims to guide students to experience the enogastronomic characteristics of the territory. It includes Italian classes in the morning, a guided tour of Verona, a visit to a winery and two cooking classes with dinner.

Having a teacher that is entirely dedicated to your aims and completely understands your needs offering support at each stage of your learning, is a unique opportunity to have a fast progress.

This Italian language course is also recommended for students who want to have an in-depth look at some specific vocabulary to learn how to talk about their personal interests like movies, art, literature, politics and more.
The Italian classes can be held either in our Italian language school or in a bar, museum, restaurant or other less formal places. During the course, for example, the student can learn specific words to talk about art and then go with the teacher to visit a museum and use the language that he learnt in class in a real situation.
The schedule can be arranged with the school. In case the student cannot go to school, the missed Italian lesson can be made up as indicated in the school regulations.
At the end of the Italian course the students receive the detailed programme of all the topics studied in class in order to facilitate self-learning after the end of the course.

The group course follows the morning Standard Course. The individual Italian lessons are 6 per week and the schedule can be arranged with the school. In case the student cannot go to school for the individual lesson, the missed lesson can be made up as indicated on the school regulation.
The 6 Italian lessons per week still leave plenty of time to participate in the many extracurricular activities organised by the school.

The school offers a free accommodation finding service:

- All students are required to be sensible and reliable during their stay, any untoward activities either in the school or in the accommodation could result in expulsion from the accommodation with any refund of expenses incurred.
- Accommodations will be paid directly to the owner of the house the day of arrival.
