The menu created by Stefano Fontanesi, Costa Corporate Chef, and Riccardo Bellaera, Costa Corporate Pastry Chef, is an explosion of taste where habanero peppers, cashews and Japanese sake meet Mediterranean specialties: olive oil, fettuccine, Greek feta and more. Any examples? Mango ceviche with onions from Tropea and aji amarillo, risotto with curried octopus, beef tenderloin with tamarind sauce, fried okra, ginger sweet potato puree: a real journey! The Samsara restaurant, in a refined and exclusive environment, combines the creativity of the Costa chefs with typical ingredients of Pacific and Mediterranean cuisines. Fresh and appetizing flavors, innovative cuisine, rich in aromas and scents from Asia and South America, prepared with the Mediterranean in the heart.
Bravo Chef show
You can get a taste of the Costa kitchen staff's expertise and discover some little secrets to make your dishes super. In addition, the fastest finger will have the chance to win restaurant vouchers by participating in the final quiz.
Amarillo ice cream and chocolate shop
An environment that seems to come out of fairy tales, where to treat yourself to a romantic gluttony or a delicious snack with your children. For the Gelateria Amarillo, Costa has chosen the best: on board the ice cream makers use only the basic aromas of Agrimontana to prepare an ice cream rich in flavor, creamy and that preserves all the nutritional properties. Italian style is also celebrated in confectionery with Biasetto sweets and Gobino chocolate. In this sea of sweetness there is only the embarrassment of the choice on what to dive in first.
Signature burger
For dinner, you can enjoy one of the most popular American products, reinterpreted according to Italian taste and passion, with the quality ingredients of our tradition, healthy and genuine: Fassona beef, Italian cheeses of certified origin and fresh vegetables. The burger corner is located in the informal setting of the self service restaurant. Take a look at the menu written on the board, and order sandwiches, fries and a nice Italian craft beer!
Dance club
For those who love to dance and stay up late, the disco is the last place of the day. Here the music is really catchy and those who love dance music can have fun and dance on the sea until dawn. Nothing more fun and romantic. Make new friends at the wild pace of the night. The decibels play to the maximum and make you feel part of a beautiful night and then, while everyone sleeps, you watch the sun rise from the sea together.
Pizzeria Pummid'Oro
On board the Costa ships there is a place more than others that makes you feel in Italy. It is the Pummid'Oro pizzeria, where you can eat the most famous Italian dish, rigorously prepared according to the original recipe. Spend an informal evening with friends or your family. There are 14 pizzas on the menu to satisfy everyone's tastes, from the most requested, Margherita, Napoli, Quattro stagioni and Calzone to a real specialty: the Ligurian cheese focaccia. All accompanied by excellent wine or draft beer. And maybe you can end the evening in style with a selection of typical sweets. The secret of Pummid'Oro pizzeria lies in the simple and genuine ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil and mozzarella prepared on board.
Classic restaurant
The typical Italian breakfast or a nice international breakfast, served at the table of the main restaurant and freshly prepared, make you start the day with enthusiasm. At dinner, we taste the most famous Italian dishes, such as Rossini beef fillet or braised cappelletti or an excellent Sardinian fregola with fresh vegetables, but also some gastronomic proposals of the places we are going to visit. Moreover, for those who want to taste the most sought-after Made in Italy excellences, they are also available on the menu with a small surcharge of selected proposals, such as the delicious Grana Padano and Parma ham or the delicious mozzarella produced on board. Finally, great attention is also paid to the presentation of the dishes because a taste experience comes first from the eyes and then involves all the other senses.

Moreover, coming out of these very popular destinations, it is possible to discover the Catalan culture. During our stop in Barcelona, take a stroll along the Rambla before visiting the Picasso museum. In the Catalan capital you can admire buildings with memorable architecture everywhere. Before leaving, visit the port district of Barcelona. Completely renovated for the 1992 Olympics, it has become a place dotted with bars, nightclubs and excellent restaurants.

Once in Palma de Mallorca you can dedicate yourself to the different activities on the island: shopping, visiting medieval palaces, walking on the beach or mountain climbing. To go downtown, take a walk around the port of Palma de Mallorca. Architecture lovers should know that numerous historic buildings in the city have impressive patios, such as the museum of contemporary art. Take some "ensaïmadas" to eat along the road towards the cathedral or on one of the island's beaches. Above all, don't forget to go to the "Paseo del Borne" to do some shopping.

The port of Valletta is the heart of Malta. From here the Knights of the eponymous order left for the crusades and dedicated themselves to the care of the wounded.
In the Mediterranean, the port of Valletta has an important history and has a strategic position. Its entrance, located between Forte Sant'Elmo and the Sant'Angelo and Ricasoli forts, instantly transports you to the island's chivalrous past. During a stop in Valletta you can walk through its narrow streets with the facades of colorful and decorated houses. Don't miss a visit to the megalithic times, the magnificent Barraca gardens and the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. Then reach the island of Gozo to admire a scenery with natural sculptures forged by the sea.

Cagliari, on the south coast of Sardinia, is rich in historical momuments. Take a swim at the Poetto beach, very close to the port but with extremely crystal clear water.
The port of Cagliari is located in the Golfo degli Angeli, in southern Sardinia. At first glance, this multicultural city reveals all its charm due to Roman, Spanish and Savoyard influences. During the stop in Cagliari, we start to discover the vestiges of the past and its unmissable places: the amphitheater, the Domus de Janas, the towers of the Elephant and of San Pancrazio, the Santa Maria cathedral and the Palazzo Regio. Also the fortified hill that houses the old city of Castello is worth a visit. Cagliari boasts some beautiful beaches, such as the Poetto, Porto Giunco and Spartivento.

For an Italian Livorno means caciucco, a wonderful fish dish.
A stop at the port of Livorno will take you to the Tyrrhenian coast, just opposite to the shores of Corsica. This small fishing village, which became the "gateway to the sea" of Pisa, owes its beauty and its fortifications to the Medici family, who had conceived it as the "ideal city". Livorno is the starting point for a visit to Florence, a true museum city that combines the majesty of the cathedral, with a bell tower designed by Giotto, to the picturesque charm of the Ponte Vecchio shops. You can also visit Pisa and the famous Piazza di Miracoli, where the famous leaning tower stands out.
