This tour is made for those who like to spend a week end dive in the nature.  It includes an English speaking driver guide, private car or van ( 8 hours a day ), accommodation   double/twin room 1 breakfast , entrance and fees as per the program, travel insurance.
Tour is starting from Taichung.
High speed train from Taipei is available and pick up will be in this case at the HSR Taichung Train Station.

說明 Introduction

 

Hualien County is the largest area of all counties in Taiwan. Located on the eastern coast, where the waves of the Pacific Ocean crash into the rocky shore.
Its position, on a strip of land between the Pacific Ocean and the Central Taiwanese Mountains, gives to Hualien e exceptional scenery and fresh air.
The dimensions of the city make it easy to walk around, although scooters and bicycle are available for rent.

Few miles north from the city you will find the the famous Taroko Gorge National Park an impressive 19-km-long canyon. On the Qingshui Cliff you will walk with an amazing view of both the rocky cliff and the endless ocean, making you wonder how much work did the pioneers to be able to complete the passage.

 The Swallow Grotto trail stretches from Jinheng Bridge in the west to Zhuilu Cliff it's the finest section of the entire Taroko. Walking along the Swallow Grotto will allow you to see the gorges, water geysers, natural sinkholes, and the uniquely shaped rocks not to mention the sound of the river... 

This magnificent area has been designated as one of the Wonders of Taiwan.

  

 

詳細行程 Itinerary

Day 1

Departure from Taichung train station at 07.54  →passing through the north East Railway → Zhuilu Old Trail → Taroko Nationa Park. Overnight at Tienhsiang Youth Activity Center ( double or Twin )

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel → Qingshui Cliff → Swallow Grotto→ Baiyang Trail → Eternal Spring Shrine  → Train back to Taichung at 18.00

Price includes: Round trip train ticket from Taichung to Hualien, private car or van ( 8 hours a day ) pick up and drop off at Hualien train station, English speaking driver guide, accommodation  in  double/twin room,  1 breakfast , entrance fee as per the program and travel insurance.

 Price does not include: personal expenses, daily meals, supplement for single room ( 54 Euro ) and high season vacation

For departure from Taipei price will be reduced ( price of the train ticket will be recalculated from Taipei )

Note: The driver might decide to adjust the road and schedule according with the situation
